Website
We use Wix to create your website. With 800 professional templates to choose from it is easy to find one to match your business needs and branding. Once the site is up and running you don't need to worry about any ongoing issues. If you want to make any changes or need a need page just let us know and we'll sort it. And if you're a new business or don't have a logo or branding we can also do that for you too. Together with hosting of your website it's all included in your monthly cost! No extra charges! We also offer you a free new website, and a rebrand if you want it, every four years!
We include SEO in all packages as it is the first thing you should do to market your website. It is all very well having a great looking website but there is no point in it unless people can find you on Google and other search engines. We conduct analysis to find the best search terms for your business and then optimise your website so it ranks for those terms. Each month we'll get you a new backlink from a relevant website (this helps Google find you too). We also give you a monthly report and continue to make changes to your website to improve your SEO performance over time.

Reporting and analytics is also included in all our packages as we need to know what's working so we can continue to improve performance for you. We set you up with Google Analytics (GA4) and will send you a customised report every month so you can understand what you are getting for your money. We will also ensure your site is GDPR compliant and implement Consent Mode with a recognised Google Partner so we can model data from users who don't consent to cookies to give you the full story of what is happening with your website.
Reporting
Given that internet users spend a third of their time on social media it is important that your business has a presence. We will create professionally branded profiles for you on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X as well other channels like TikTok and Pinterest if they are relevant for your business. Our package includes 8 posts a month, spread across the 4 core channels or focused on 1 or 2 channels if we feel that will be more effective. We will also engage with other relevant pages and accounts to help grow your followers.
Social media
Google Ads is another route to get your business visible on Google. Typically we recommend Search Ads but we may look at options like Display or Performance Max. Kabaaam is Google Certified and experienced quickly optimising Google Ads campaigns to maximise your ROI in terms of clicks, enquiries and sales. We also track which search terms are most profitable and then use this learning to further improve your Google Ads and SEO. Our package includes set-up, management and either £250 or £500 to spend on Google Ads each month.

CRM
Email is still a valuable tool for you to maintain an ongoing relationship with your customers. We will create a CRM database which is automatically populated with your customers' names and email addresses via your website enquiry form when users give the right consent. We can also manually add your customers to this database. Each month we will create a blog on your website with content relevant to your products and services. We then send out an email to your subscribers with a summary of that blog and links to read more to your website.
